How does the order process work?

Once you and your sales associate have finalized your order, we will mail a copy of the order and terms for you to keep along with a copy for you to return, map form for directions, and an envelope to send the items in.

When will my furniture arrive?

Most orders are delivered within eight (8) to sixteen (16) weeks. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee your order will arrive within that time frame as many factors, including production times, availability of materials and shipping schedules may affect delivery time.

How do I pay for my furniture?

Your 50% deposit may be paid for by one of the following:

We offer the use of Visa, Mastercard or Discover for the deposit only. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of your final balance.

Can I pick up my furniture?

Yes! If you choose to pick up your furniture, please give Seaside Furniture Discounters two business days notice to prepare your order. Payments for customer pick ups are cashier's check, money order or cash. Once you take possession of your furniture, you waive claims for all damage or defects, so please carefully inspect merchandise.
